I work full time and frequent travel interstate in my role. So enrolling in two Certificate IV courses with First Choice College I knew it would take dedication and commitment to complete.
Initially I thought I would never enrol in an online course as it wouldn’t deliver the level of knowledge I was seeking. However I was more than impressed by the training environment First Choice College offers.
The learning portal is so clearly laid out and easy to navigate enabling you to move between modules easily and fluently. The course content was presented well and questionnaires and summative assessments broadened your course knowledge by requiring you to research and access regulatory and industry based information.
Whilst being an online course I was impressed by the level of services provided by support staff and the efficiency of services to assist in progressing the course flow and provide guidance on processes and the portal system.
The level of guidance, assistance and direction provided by the course trainer was second to none. Booking one on one time, or calling into virtual classrooms provided opportunities to gain valuable feedback throughout every stage of the course.
Overall I found the First Choice College education experience well structured, professional and current with legislative and industry requirements. As a result I am returning to undertake the Diploma in Workplace Health and Safety knowing that I am receiving a balance of theoretical and practical experience at my own pace in an easy to use virtual environment.
